Answering reviews and questions

You can add one public reply under any review. You can edit it, or save it empty to remove it. Replies never change the stars. Sellers cannot block or delete reviews. If a review breaks our review guidelines, use Report this review. Reporting alone never hides a review.

Questions from buyers show on the resource page. You are emailed, and you answer from the page or from Questions.
