Copyright

Send us a copyright notice. We remove listings when a complete notice shows they infringe, and sellers can answer with a counter-notice. - What can I sell?
Sellers confirm they own or have the rights to everything in a file when they upload it.
Chargebacks and dispute fees
If a buyer's bank pulls a payment back (a chargeback or dispute), we record it and tell the seller. If the bank sides with us, nothing changes. If it sides with the buyer, the sale is handled like a refund: the seller's share of it leaves their balance and the buyer's access ends.
The Lesson Stand pays the card processor's dispute fee. It is never taken from a seller's balance, whether the dispute is won or lost.
