Buying
Where are my files? Open My purchases from your account. Each file has its own download button, and the links are made fresh each time you visit.
Can I buy the same thing twice? The site stops you from buying something you already own by accident. If you want a copy for a colleague, they can buy their own.
Refunds. You get a refund if a file is broken and not fixed within 7 days, if a product clearly is not what the listing described, if you bought the same thing twice by accident, or if a product is taken down within 30 days of your purchase. Sellers can be more generous than that.
Some states charge sales tax on digital resources. If your order owes tax, you'll see it at checkout before you pay.
Selling
How do I start? Make an account, confirm your email, then open your store. You will set up two-step sign-in with an authenticator app to protect your store and your money.
When am I paid? On the 15th of each month, once your available balance is at least $25. Each sale waits 30 days first. Stripe pays you directly.
