Who can use The Lesson Stand

You must be 18 or older to have an account, to buy, or to sell.

A platform, not a publisher

Sellers own their work and are responsible for it, including having the rights to everything they list. The Lesson Stand hosts and delivers listings and acts on reports and legal complaints.

What a purchase lets you do

A purchase is a license to use the resource with your own students. Sharing the files with other teachers, posting them online, or reselling them is not allowed. Sellers may offer extra licenses for colleagues.

Refunds

Every seller agrees to a minimum: a refund if a file is broken and not fixed within 7 days, if a product is clearly not as described, for an accidental duplicate purchase, or if a product is removed within 30 days of purchase. A refund ends access to the files.

Sellers

Seller plans, fees and payouts are set out on the Seller plans page and in the seller terms. Sellers keep every right to their work and may sell elsewhere.

Copyright

To report a copyright problem, use the copyright notice form linked at the bottom of every page. Accounts with repeated upheld copyright complaints are paused. Copyright notices can also be emailed to copyright@lessonstand.com or mailed to The Lesson Stand, PO Box 310204, Enterprise, AL 36331.
