In the pipeline
This page is where I keep track of what we're building after launch, roughly in the order I expect to get to it.
The order can change, too, because a lot of this list came from teachers and sellers telling me what they need. If something you want isn't here, suggest it, and if it's already here, vote for it. I build what people ask for, so the votes really do move things up the list.
Next
Print-on-demand is the first big one. You'll be able to turn your designs into posters, stickers, shirts and mugs, and each order gets printed and shipped for you, so there's no inventory to keep.
We're also adding Save to Google Drive and Assign in Google Classroom, so a teacher who buys a resource can send it straight to their Drive or assign it to a class without downloading it and uploading it all over again.
You'll be able to sign in with your Google or Microsoft account instead of keeping track of one more password.
And for sellers on either plan, we're setting up automatic Pinterest pins for your new products. When you add a listing, a pin goes out for it. If you're on Pro, the pin carries your referral link, so the sales it brings in pay you your referral rate, and if you're on Free, the pin links straight to your product.
Soon
We're planning a feed where you can follow your favorite sellers and see their updates whenever they post. Each seller gets to decide whether buyers can post on their page too, so you stay in charge of your own space.
Sellers will get a forum of their own, a place to ask each other questions and trade ideas. We'll also run site-wide sales events that sellers can join together.
Guest posts are coming to the Teacher Questions blog, so sellers can write about a topic that genuinely helps teachers and link to their own product in it.
Buyers will be able to search by standards, which I know a lot of teachers need when they're planning. And if you make your resources in Canva, you'll be able to send a design from Canva straight into a new listing.
Later
These are further out, but they're on the list. We want sellers to be able to bring their products over from other platforms, not just from a spreadsheet, so moving your store here doesn't mean starting from scratch.
For schools that run on Microsoft, we'd like to add OneDrive and Microsoft Teams alongside the Google tools. Zapier connections would let you hook your store up to the other tools you already use, and sellers who like digging into their numbers will be able to add their own Google Analytics and Meta pixel to their store.
And someday I'd love to open a sister site for kids ministry resources, for the folks who teach children at church.

If there's something that would make The Lesson Stand work better for you or your classroom, tell me. The ideas people ask for most are the ones that move up this list.
