Refund policy

Every seller on The Lesson Stand agrees to refund you if:

• a file is broken and the seller has not fixed it within 7 days,
• a product is clearly not what the listing described,
• you bought the same thing twice by accident, or
• a product was taken down within 30 days of your purchase.

Sellers may be more generous than that. To ask, open My purchases and choose Ask for a refund next to the item. The seller has 5 days to answer, and if they decline a request for one of the reasons above, our team looks at it.

A refund returns the price and any sales tax to your card, and the item's files are no longer available to you.

If you bought a resource and it is removed later, you get an email and 60 days to download it. We always suggest saving a copy of your files.
