How do I upload a resource?

Go to Upload a resource. Add a title, a short summary, a description, the price (0 for free), grades, subject and season, and any standards codes. Then add the file buyers get, a cover image, and up to 8 preview images.

Files we accept

PDF, ZIP, PPTX, DOCX, XLSX, PNG, JPG and MP4 video. We check what is really inside the file, not just its name. Files can be up to 200 MB, and MP4 videos up to 500 MB. Big files go straight to storage with a progress bar.

Every product file is scanned for viruses. If the scan cannot finish, or the same file is already sold by another store, a person on our team checks the listing before it can go live.

The rights box

You must tick: I own or have the rights to sell everything in this file, including clip art and fonts. We keep the date and time you ticked it.

Saved as a draft

Nothing is public until you press Publish. You can edit a listing any time, and saving never changes whether it is published.

You can also let the site add the buyer's name to the bottom margin of PDF pages, where there is room. Turn it off per resource if you prefer.
