Your products table

Your products lists every listing with its status, price and whether it has its file. Use the filters (status, has its file, needs review, subject, grade, and words in the title) and the quick chips at the top, which show counts. Click a column to sort.

Quick edit

Each row has a Quick edit for the title, price, grades and whether it is published. If a rule blocks the change, for example a listing with no file cannot be published, nothing is saved and you are told why.

Do something with many listings

Tick listings, or choose everything that matches your filters, then pick an action:

publish or unpublish,
change the price (lower, raise or set, in dollars or percent, never below free or above $1,000),
add them to a sale, an existing one or a new one,
delete drafts that nobody bought.

Every bulk action shows a plan first, listing what will change and what will be skipped and why, and nothing happens until you confirm. Publishing in bulk follows the same rules as the single Publish button, so a listing with no file, or one held for a scan, is skipped.
