Paused, Selling and Private Library

Your store is always in one of three modes. Change it from the bottom of your dashboard.

• Selling. The normal mode.
• Paused. Your listings are hidden from buyers and search, and nothing new sells. Buyers keep what they bought. Use it for a break or a busy season.
• Private Library. The same as paused, but you can still see and use your whole catalog. On the Free plan there is no listing charge while you are here, because nothing can sell.

Switching back to Selling puts everything back as it was. If staff paused your store, or it was paused for unpaid listing charges, you cannot undo that yourself. Contact us and we will help.
