Offering extra licenses to colleagues
On the edit page of a paid listing, scroll to Extra licenses for colleagues. Tick the box to offer them, and set the percent off each extra license, from 10 to 90. The usual choice is 50. Saving that box never changes the rest of your listing.
- Buyers see Teaching with a team? Extra licenses are 50% off (your number) on the resource page and can add licenses when they buy, or later from My purchases.
- Extra licenses count as part of the sale. Your earnings and fees are worked out on the whole line with the usual 50, 80 and 90 percent shares.
- They are not offered on free or printed items.
- The buyer's receipt, My purchases, the PDF stamp and the ZIP license file all show the number of licenses.
