What if a buyer's bank disputes a payment?
Sometimes a buyer's bank pulls a payment back (a chargeback or dispute). Stripe tells us, we record it, and we email you about it.
- If the bank sides with us, nothing changes for you.
- If the bank sides with the buyer, the sale is handled like a refund: your share of it leaves your balance and the buyer's access ends.
The Lesson Stand pays Stripe's dispute fee. It is never taken from your balance, whether the dispute is won or lost.
