My listing was removed after a copyright notice
We email you when a listing is removed after a copyright notice. The email says what the notice claims and links to the counter-notice form.
If you believe the removal was a mistake, for example you own the work or have permission, send a counter-notice. We forward a copy to the person who complained. If they do not tell us within 10 business days that they have started a court case, the listing may be put back.
Each upheld notice is a strike on your store. Three strikes within 12 months pause the store. A restored listing takes its strike back.
