How do I report a copyright concern?

If something on The Lesson Stand copies your work without permission, press Report a copyright concern on the resource page. It opens our copyright notice form with the link already filled in. You do not need an account.

The form asks for your name and contact details, the original work, the links to the listings, and two statements made under penalty of perjury, plus your signature. These are what U.S. copyright law (the DMCA) asks a notice to contain. You can also send a notice by email or mail; the address is on the form.

When a complete notice shows that a listing infringes, we remove the listing and tell the seller, who may answer with a counter-notice. Please send a notice only if you are the owner or are allowed to act for the owner. A false notice can make you responsible for damages.

For problems that are not about copyright, such as a broken file, use Report a problem with this resource instead.
