I cannot sign in
Use Forgot password to get a reset link by email. The link works once, and it also lifts a lockout.
After five wrong passwords, sign-in for that email pauses for 15 minutes. If you did not get a confirmation email after you joined, ask for a new one. Confirmation links last 3 days.
You can also sign in with Google or Microsoft if those buttons show on the sign-in page.
